Broquil with béchamel

The Broquil is a vegetable that I love, I find it a very mild flavor. is vegetables, healthy and so far so good ..... but we have bundled with the accompanying ... white sauce, bacon, nuts and cheese .... this is not so healthy but it is a lot richer.
need:



1 Broquil

  • Bechamel
  • first put to boil the water and salt Broquil, I do not like much prefer cooked like pasta al dente so that flowers are overalls. Drain well so that there is no water and reserve. For the bechamel

This rich, really rich, the thing I most often do with a boiled potato over a little olive oil and herding.
