When Does Hemocromotosis Start

BEANS TO MY WAY OF ORANGE MUFFINS

These beans I made the other day for dinner.
need: bag frozen lima beans

  • oil onion, tomato, bay leaf, garlic and parsley
  • Ham and sausage, sometimes I put instead of chorizo \u200b\u200bsausage, but today I had not.

  • A white wine to accompany egg
  • first put on to cook the beans in salted water and a bay leaf for about 10 minutes. Drain and reserve.
  • a sauce is made with onion, garlic and when golden brown bits are added i ham sausage. Fry a little of everything together and then add the beans, they are given a few laps and put a little wine and some water and a little parsley. They cook about 10 minutes and ready.
  • I accompany them with a boiled egg.
