Here is the recipe ..... that certainly happened to me George, a co-worker and by his sister Meredith is Carmen.

Guap @ s! A kiss! Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 165 g butter
- 110 g sugar
- 50 g almonds
- 1 egg
- Peel and finely ground almonds, mix with flour. Add butter, softened, and mix.
- Incorporate the egg and sugar and work until a uniform mass. Cover with a paper film and keep in the refrigerator about 30 minutes.
- Form into small balls. Mash by hand until parts 4 or 5 cm in diameter and 1 dm thick. Pass to a lightly greased baking tray. (I made them with cookie cutters)
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 ยบ C-7 to 10 minutes depending on thickness. Should be an attractive dark blond color.
