BEANS TO MY WAY OF ORANGE MUFFINS
These beans I made the other day for dinner. need:
bag frozen lima beans - oil onion, tomato, bay leaf, garlic and parsley

A white wine to accompany egg - first put on to cook the beans in salted water and a bay leaf for about 10 minutes.
